We use wireless sensors and the GPS in your iPhone to automatically track your cardio workouts for you when you're at the gym or when you're exercising outdoors. We can track your mileage and overall time when you're exercising indoors on equipment like ellipticals and treadmills. When you're outdoors, we can track the same information and are capable of tracking anything from a light jog to a full sprint.
Requires iOS 9.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
